After staying in the US for more than 30 years, we decided to move to India. We came here to Athashri, quite coincidentally, I must say. I love to interact with people, so this is the right place for me!...
People here are very friendly, cultured, and having similar thought processes. Being President of Athashri for almost six years, I have initiated many programs and implemented new policies. Having more than 48 years of experience in the IT field and having stayed and working abroad for many years, I and my wife came to India in 2015 due to her health problems. We started looking for a good place in India, and we got to know about ‘Athashri’ from one of my relatives. So we shifted here....
I like staying at ‘Athashri’ for two main reasons. First is the maid service so I don’t need to worry about anything, and another is a canteen facility. I found it very useful, especially after the demise of my better half. As I have made many friends here, I am living here happily. Being Chairman for more than three years, I took various initiatives here and implemented it successfully.
I keep myself extremely busy throughout the day. I go for a morning walk every day for almost 2 hours. Then with the help of Paranjape, I have redecorated the courtyards of our building. Our association with PSCL started sometime in 2003 while booking the flat as the first house in one of the projects, Avaneesh. The team was very helpful and cordial, and we became a part of the “Happiness Network” in no time, through annual events like “Ganarang” and "Paranjape Scheme Premier League”; a cricket tournament. ... Over the period, the trust started building up, and then came the time for investing in the 2nd house in 2010-11.
Again we took trouble visiting all possible projects suiting our pockets, and then came the visit to the “Blue Ridge” site on one of the Sundays. Though there was nothing besides couple of buildings, we fell in love with the model created there as though it was love at first sight. We decided and booked the 2nd flat with PSCL. The investment we made was on our gut feel, trust, and love. It has started paying back from the past five years. We do make it a point to visit “Blue Ridge” quite regularly, as it refreshes us and brings back our energy, and we are very happy to see the progress of the township. We are feeling safe and good to have invested with Paranjape’s safe hands. We will come back again, possibly soon for 3rd investment in Athashri.
