  • Coordination with External Architects, Landscape consultant, Structural Consultants & Services Consultants for the Architectural and Interior Working drawings.
  • Co-ordination with external Municipal Architects for Approval drawings. Analytical skill for computing various area calculations and feasibility check.
  • Check & review the drawings as regards to dimensional accuracy, Area calculation, aesthetics, functionality, interface with all services, specification of materials, sale drawings, Compliances to statutory approvals (Municipal drawings, C.F.O drawings) & maintaining all drawings records as per I.S.O.
  • Well versed with norms required for liaising in PMC, PCMC, and Town Planning authority. Detail Knowledge of submission drawings, RERA, Area Calculations, DCR, NBC and Legalities required.
  • Should have thorough knowledge of interior material, fittings, fixtures and all relevant detailing.
  • Proficient at drawing / Presentation related software packages like Autocad , Photoshop, Revit, Sketch-up , AutoCAD 3d,Powerpoint, word and excel .
  • Coordination with Landscape architects consultants, EC dept. making tree survey, review of landscape designs & drawings including plant selection & specifications, Preparation of cost estimate for proposed project
  • Making BOQ with respect to budget, Quotation Calling, Comparison, negotiation with supplier and Contractor and finalization of Estimate as per management’s requirement and Taking Approval from DGM landscape / AVP ADD / Director.
  • Interface with in-house architect’s dept., ECC dept., purchase dept., engineering dept., electrical dept., maintenance dept., costing and account department
  • Allotment of work to Sub-ordinates, execution of landscape work, marking and onsite placement as per drawing, coordination with contractor, supplier, and site execution team monitoring maintenance activity, marking execution changes as per site conditions on drawing and coordinate with in house landscape architects.
  • Checking measurements and certifying bills, reviewing contractor and vendors payments requests and invoices for accuracy, obtaining final approvals and ensuring payments.
  • Preparation of monthly MIS and Financial statements to the management and Investors.
  • Preparation of day to day Bank Balances and Bank Loan Disbursements Data and statements.
  • Preparation of Project Cost Sheets and their profitability analysis, Reconciliation of Budgets and actual costs and Receivables, Debtors and Land Advances Ageing Analysis.
  • New Societies and Township Accounts writing, auditing and handover process.
  • Opening LC for inland and foreign party & Bank Guarantees.
  • Finalization of Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual books of accounts.
  • Handling Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, Cost Audit, Domestic TP.
  • Filling Form 3CA-CD ( Income tax Audit).
  • Income Tax Assessment related work.
  • Internal Audit ,DTP Audit & Cost Audit,DPT-3 : Prepare Data, Working, Schedule, Annexure (Requirement as per Statutory & Income Tax Auditors )
  • Co-ordination with Project Engineer and plan day to day activities with respect to civil work schedule.
  • To followup to Purchase Dept for timely Materiel delivery.
  • Boosting to Electrical contractor for work progress and them performance.
  • To Moniter all Electrical work in safety point of view.
  • Assess project and its requirements
  • Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing multiple tasks and projects.
  • Lead and direct onsite construction teams.
  • Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising junior engineers, construction managers, workers, technicians, and contractors.
  • Ensure that all safety measures / arrangements are made by the supervisor and contractors.
  • Verify Material Requisition in ERP as per lead time of activity and verify the receipt of material and ensure that actual consumption of material and completion dates enters made by Site Engineer / store keeper.
  • Ensure that all work executed as per Companys norms / system as per standard laid down procedure including getting the various tests done through supervisor and contractors. Ensure to keep all documentation ready. Check and verify material consumption is as per company norms.
  • Planning , scheduling , cost control and monitoring the construction activities at site for the completion of the projects in time schedule.
  • Checking and certifying of bills of different contracting agencies involved in the projects.
  • Organise weekly and monthly meeting at the site with the contracting agencies to resolve the site issues and review of the project progress
  • Monitor and review the construction progress to meet overall Project schedule.
  • Supervision of the on-going civil work and finishing activities.
  • Check the quality and Quantity of all material received on site.
  • Co-ordination between different agencies for smooth working.
  • Maintain quality of work & control of wastage of material.
  • Get the maximum output from labour.
  • Ensuring completion of work as per timeline/budget with adherence of safety standards and no compromise on quality deviation from the designed plan.
  • Sales of Residential & Commercial projects of Paranjape Schemes across 8 cities.
  • Identify & developing new channel partners.
  • Meeting Channel Partners on constant basis to enhance relationship with the company.
  • Profile Includes Sourcing & Closing both.
  • Arranging site visits for channel partners & their clients.
  • Completing Pre Registration process of booked client.
  • Channel Partner Invoicing.
