Sustainable development is the need of the hour. Massive increase in the global energy consumption, ever-rising pollution levels, and the increased levels of greenhouse gases have aggravated one of the biggest challenges we face today: climate change. India is today one of the largest producers of GHG, and this has adverse impacts on our natural resources.

At Paranjape Schemes, our residents and organisation have been at the frontline of painting the town green. In recent times, a tree plantation drive was organised at Blue Ridge Township in collaboration with Hinjawadi Cultural Association. Smrutivan at Happiness Hub is a collective initiative by the organisation and the people to plant saplings in memory of our beloved. This sapling plantation drive, where we rooted deep the foundation of the love and memories of our loved ones, will ensure that their blessings and love stay with us forever.

Forest Trails Township, spread across 190+ acres, is home to over 36,000 trees, and the number keeps on increasing. It also hosts 3,600 + species of flora and fauna that rest in its terrains and topographic landscapes. Blue Ridge Township, on the other hand, despite being a reflection of the modern world, has the perfect balance of state- of-the-art infrastructure and lush natural surroundings. They are zero-discharge and self-sustaining entities, developed using intelligent resources, with the presence of facilities like 24*7 water supply, captive 22kW MSEB substation, and resources for rainwater harvesting, management of waste among others. No doubt, both the townships stand tall as the epitome of sustainability, functionality & creativity.

By augmenting design excellence to meet IGBC standards, we facilitate a holistic approach to environment friendly living. The Blue Ridge IT / ITES SEZ in Hinjawadi has been awarded Platinum Certification by IGBC for its efficient use of materials and design to meet sustainable needs.
