It is being built using AAC blocks & GGBS materials, which are known for being lightweight, precast, and environmentally-friendly and created from natural raw materials such as fly ash, cement, lime, gypsum, water, and aluminum powder. The use of CII Green Pro certified materials here will thereby eliminate the quantity of disposal of wastes in landfills.

It consists of heat reducing façades, windows & doors designed to meet daylight and ventilation compliance, solar PV panels for common lighting consumptions, top roof insulation for improved efficiency.
